New Discoveries expands the acclaimed game Cartographers with additional tools, new maps and fresh challenges that breathe new life into every session. This expansion is perfect for players eager to keep charting territories, planning routes and holding back the monstrous forces that threaten the realm.
The expansion contains three core elements that instantly enrich your experience. A replacement pad for the base game ensures you have plenty of sheets for continued exploration. Alongside it comes a new pad featuring two unique map layouts that add distinct strategic twists. The front displays the intriguing Tabula Rasa map, offering a flexible and rule backed gameplay variant. The reverse side features the H and C map, designed for immediate play with a dynamic starting setup.
Four new Ambush cards mix with those from the base game to intensify unpredictability. Before each play, all ambush cards are shuffled together, with four drawn at random to determine which threats will challenge your planning skills this time.
