Description
The new moon symbolizes a fresh beginning and that is exactly what Nova Luna is about. In this abstract tile laying game, you plan your future anew each round, constantly adapting your strategy to what the moon wheel presents.
On your turn, you choose a new tile from the moon wheel and place it in front of you. Each tile introduces a new task that must be completed. To solve a task, you need to place tiles of the correct colors adjacent to it. These newly placed tiles then create additional tasks, gradually expanding your personal puzzle.
Whenever you complete a task, you may place one of your markers on it. Careful planning, timing, and foresight are essential, as every choice shapes your future options. The first player to place all of their markers wins the game.
Nova Luna impresses with elegant rules, a calm and focused atmosphere, and surprising strategic depth. Every game unfolds differently and challenges players to continuously rethink their path through an ever growing network of colors and tasks.
